November Project Montréal Where Every Workout Is Loud Bilingual and Free
November Project Montréal launched in November 2016, bringing the Boston-born free fitness movement to the streets and staircases of one of Canada's most vibrant cities. Founded on the belief that accountability doesn't need a price tag, the crew operates free, loud, bilingual, and radically inclusive. Around 50 members show up each week, from Olympic medalists to first-time fitness rookies, all sharing the same start line. Every Wednesday at 6:29am, they converge on Place Jacques-Cartier for 45 minutes of running and bodyweight work. Come alone, leave knowing people. The only price of admission is showing up.
