East Laurier Running Club Running Hard and Living Well in Montreal
East Laurier Running Club began in 2012 when JP and his Montreal roommates decided to build something inspired by Toronto's Parkdale Roadrunners. They named their crew after the street they lived on, and what started as a group of friends became a 12-year institution. East Laurier runs on a simple philosophy: athletic ambition and genuine fun are not opposites, they belong together. Every Tuesday at 7:25 pm, the crew gathers at Bar Chez Baptiste on the same corner, ready to run hard and celebrate harder. From seasoned racers to first-timers lacing up their shoes for the first time, East Laurier has welcomed all levels through Montreal summers and brutal winters alike.
