MNKS Run Crew Chasing Boston Dreams Through Mexico City Streets
MNKS Run Crew emerged in May 2017 when two Nike running projects, Zoom and Shanka, merged in Mexico City. Founders Luis Miguel, Javier, and Pablo transformed shared ambition into one committed crew built on serious training and genuine community. The crew of around 40 dedicated runners is tight-knit and accountable, a place where everyone knows your name. Eleven of their original twelve members qualified for the Boston Marathon, proving that effort and belonging are inseparable here. Every Tuesday at 6am, MNKS gathers at the Sope in Chapultepec, where quiet mornings, perfect light, and strong company create the best start to the week in Mexico City.
