Juanson Running Training Hard Since Dawn in Mexico City
Juanson Running began in 2016 when Juan Manuel, a Mexico City doctor and decades-long runner and coach, formalized what had grown organically around his training philosophy. Today, around 100 runners gather before sunrise at Chapultepec Park, led by four captains and bound by years of shared miles and mutual commitment. The crew runs with purpose, four structured sessions a week, from dawn intervals to mountain trails on Saturdays. Every weekend, Juanson Running trades the city track for trails, trees, and open air, building athletic discipline through real training and real results in the heart of Mexico City.
