Run Dem Crew started in 2007 when Charlie Dark decided London's running scene needed disruption. What began as a small rebellion against stuffy clubs evolved into a genuine family of over 500 runners from every background imaginable. They show up every Tuesday at lululemon Spitalfields, ready to run hard and fast through East London's streets. Run Dem Crew isn't a traditional running club, and they definitely don't jog. They're a community bound by intensity, inclusivity, and the belief that running together means something deeper than splitting kilometers. Pace groups ensure everyone belongs, whether you're chasing a personal record or finding your rhythm for the first time.
