Urban Running Troupe Running with Purpose on the Streets of Jakarta
Urban Running Troupe was born in Jakarta in September 2016 when Tri Saputra and Ferry decided running should mean more than chasing personal records. This crew of around 25 Jakarta runners believes in moving through the city with intention, using their shared miles to inspire others and fuel social action. Grounded and welcoming, the troupe operates on a simple principle: if you show up, you belong. Every week, they gather at The Energy Building, a landmark that perfectly captures the spirit this group brings to the streets of Jakarta, turning runs into acts of community care.
