LadyRushers Redefining Running Culture for Women in Jakarta
LadyRushers was founded in Jakarta in 2016 by women who noticed other women disappearing from running spaces. They built a crew where no one gets turned away for age or pace, just women determined to show up for each other. Now nearly 90 strong, they gather Saturday mornings at Filosofi Kopo Melawai and Wednesday evenings at Nike Store Senayan City. The philosophy is simple: look great, refuse to quit, and run without limits. Their vibe is warm and genuinely supportive, blending light runs, strength work, yoga, and real friendship into every session.
