UCON Daegu Running and Giving Back Across South Korea
UCON Daegu launched in May 2016 when founder Jonghoon brought a global running movement to South Korea's third-largest city with one conviction: running should mean something beyond the finish line. Built on the philosophy "U Can Change Our Next," the crew of 200 members believes that runners connected together can genuinely shift things for the better. Every member donates monthly to support children in need, weaving community care into the fabric of every stride. Wednesday evenings, they gather at 8 p.m. across Sincheon and Duryu Park, treating all of Daegu as their starting line and proving that a running crew can be both a personal sanctuary and a force for change.
