Who We Are
What started in October 2014 as a university internship project became Prism Runners, a Hong Kong running crew built on a deceptively simple idea: like a prism refracts white light into a spectrum, every runner brings distinct colors to the group. Four founders turned their academic experiment into a decade-long tradition that now gathers roughly twenty runners weekly at Sha Tin Park. Marathoners and office workers share Wednesday 8 PM runs through the New Territories, splitting into pace groups ranging 4:45 to 6:30 min/km. The crew speaks multiple languages, swaps dim sum recommendations, and moves through Hong Kong's terrain together. Prism Runners didn't chase growth for its own sake. They built something small, intentional, and rooted in a single neighborhood.
