Allied Shadow Unit Running Hard and Wild Across Hong Kong
Allied Shadow Unit emerged from Hong Kong in February 2017, when founder Rex gathered passionate runners, trail runners, and triathletes around a simple belief: results come from showing up and doing the work together. Now roughly 20 members strong, the crew draws from all walks of life, united by their shared obsession with pushing limits and lifting each other along the way. Their motto captures it perfectly: no miracles, only accumulate. Monday nights at Sham Shui Po Sports Ground anchor the week at 8pm, while weekends send them deep into Hong Kong's wild terrain, covering anything from 10 to 50 kilometres. They describe themselves as a collective of crazy people with a huge passion for sport and for each other.
