Manic RC Fueling Saturday Mornings with Espresso and Miles in Toronto
Manic RC started at Manic Coffee in 2011, where an espresso sparked something bigger. Every Saturday morning since, around 25 runners gather at Bathurst and College to run because they love it, not because they have to. Founded on the belief that the smiles earned on a long Saturday morning are worth every early alarm, Manic RC welcomes everyone, fresh or worn from the night before. No judgment, just runners who show up. The crew embodies a simple truth: last night does not disqualify you from this morning. After the run, which hits at least 10km with a weekly distance poll, the crew refuels over breakfast at Sneeky Dees.
