Bislet Running Club Bringing Oslo's Streets Alive Since 2020
Five childhood friends from Kristiansand moved to Oslo and realized the city lacked a proper social running club. In January 2020, they built Bislet Running Club and named it after Norway's most storied track. Today, with around 200 members, the crew brings runners of every level together for a simple belief: running belongs in the city, not just the forest. Low barriers, real community, and genuine connection define the culture. Every Thursday at 19:30, roughly 50 runners gather at Bislett Stadium for the weekly ritual that has become the heartbeat of Oslo's urban running scene.
