24x7 Movement Running Every Day One Day at a Time in New York City
Farrah founded 24x7 Movement on World Mental Health Day in October 2019, turning a personal daily running challenge into a global movement. What started as the Daily Therapy Run has grown to 500 runners worldwide who believe in showing up for themselves, one day at a time. Based in New York City, the crew operates as an anti-streak streak club, rejecting the pressure of unbroken chains in favor of sustainable, balanced running. Members log miles through local street runs across NYC and connect virtually through the crew's Strava club, where no pace is too slow and no runner is left behind. Running here is about honoring your body, quieting your mind, and nourishing your spirit.
