Who We Are

Zone Blue Run Club was born in Wellington in February 2023 with founder Ben Edusei's belief that movement is medicine. What started as a vision for mental and physical well-being has grown into a thriving community of 200 members who run on connection, not competition. Four weekly sessions offer zero pressure and infinite belonging. From first-timers to long-distance veterans, everyone finds their pace here. The magic happens Saturday mornings at Freyberg Pool and Fitness Centre, where an easy run leads naturally into genuine connection. Zone Blue Run Club is proof that the strongest running communities are built on warmth, not speed.
