Trail Maniacs Bern has been gathering every Monday at 18:30 since 2019, assembling at the foot of Gurten to climb through the forested trails above Switzerland's capital. Founded on a shared obsession with moving fast through mountain terrain, the crew brings together around 20 enthusiasts who chase trails, sky running routes, and ski mountaineering objectives across seasons. Structured as a registered independent association, Trail Maniacs Bern keeps things open and welcoming while staying rooted in genuine passion for the alpine. Each week, the group tackles sixty minutes of forest singletrack and relentless hill climbing, using the Gurtenbahn Talstation as their gathering point for runs that define their identity.
