TamoJunto Running Together Through the Largest Housing Complex in Latin America
TamoJunto started in 2017 when four friends decided to bring running to Cidade Tiradentes, a São Paulo neighbourhood so far from the city's centre that no crew had ventured there before. What began as a small mission has grown into a community of around 30 runners, mostly between 35 and 50 years old, who gather every Friday night to explore their own streets with fresh eyes. Built on unity, respect, and fun, TamoJunto takes people through routes in neighbourhoods they thought they already knew. The crew runs at 8:30 pm from Cidade Tiradentes, navigating the largest housing complex in Latin America with a warm, genuinely local vibe that welcomes everyone who shows up.
