Still Waters Run Deep was founded in Manchester in October 2013 by Richard, Sorrell, and Ciaran, three runners who wanted to move through the city with genuine curiosity and care. The crew of around thirty runners treats each outing as a chance to understand Manchester more deeply, one street at a time. Their philosophy is simple: no repeated routes, no shortcuts past something worth seeing. Weekly runs thread through the city's most visually compelling neighbourhoods, from the Northern Quarter to Castlefield and beyond. Strong mix of creative minds and curious people, they start together, finish together, and split only by pace, never by belonging.
