Souplesse was born in Rome in December 2021 when six friends decided running should feel effortless, social, and ego-free. What started as a simple belief has grown into a crew of around 50 runners united by a philosophy of joy, equality, and the quiet power of moving together. The Eternal City became their starting line, and now Souplesse runs Rome's most iconic terrain, from the Colosseum to the Tiber's banks and cobblestoned piazzas. Their motto is simple: run at a natural pace, showing no signs of effort. Post-run drinks, food, and laughter are as essential to the experience as the kilometres themselves.
