Rusa Running Club was born in Malmö in July 2023 when Kajsa Andersdotter Olsson gathered friends for a shared run, chasing the team feeling she'd known in competitive sport. What started as a few people has grown into a girls-only crew of more than 400, united by a simple philosophy: no pressure, no times to beat. Running at rusa.running.club means hanging out, moving your body, and enjoying good company. The vibe is warm and relaxed, the kind of group where conversation flows as easily as pace varies. Monday evenings are their signature, with runs that start and finish at the same spot so everyone joins at their own rhythm. Almost every run ends with coffee or a beer at a favorite Malmö spot.
