Who We Are

RUNMDN started with a simple idea in December 2012: run the streets of Medan together. Founded by Robin, the crew has grown to around 300 runners who've made it their home. Philosophy drives everything here. Speed work on Tuesdays sharpens the legs. Easy miles on Thursdays build consistency. Sunday long runs at 6:30am own the city before dawn, winding through the old town, Polonia, and Lapangan Benteng. Every session has purpose, every runner has a place. Post-run coffees at Sangrai Coffeeshop fuel the real magic, where first-timers and veterans swap stories, build friendships, and plot the next adventure through Medan's streets.
