Negative Split Running Tribe Running as a Family in Antwerp
Negative Split Running Tribe began in Antwerp, Belgium in September 2018, rooted in a simple belief: running is better with family. Founded on the principles of friendship, dedication, and belief, this tribe of around 30 passionate runners gathers monthly to explore the green belt surrounding the city. No one gets left behind. If the pace becomes too hard, the group stops and walks together. The crew welcomes all backgrounds, from ultra-marathoners to casual runners, united by a shared love of nature, open meadows, and meaningful conversations on the trail. Every month brings at least one open run and one competitive race, with routes winding through suburban forests and fields where Antwerp's edges dissolve into wide-open views.
