MuRun Running Together Along the Ancient Walls of Ferrara
MuRun began in Ferrara in October 2025 with a simple observation: hundreds of runners circled the city's ancient Renaissance walls each day, yet nobody ran together. Founded on the principle that pace doesn't determine belonging, MuRun welcomes every runner at every speed, with no fees and no gatekeeping. Around sixty members strong and still growing, the crew brings together people who might never have met without running. The vibe is warm and genuinely Ferrarese. Every Wednesday at 19:15, they gather at Maracaibo and head out along le mura in two groups, covering five or eight kilometres at a comfortable rhythm.
