Lhon Runner Chiang Mai Running for the Joy of Moving
Lhon Runner was born in Chiang Mai in June 2025 from a dare over drinks, three friends decided to sign up for a race, just once. That spark became something real. Now around 15 members strong, the crew runs to beat their own excuses, not each other. No podiums, no pressure, just people showing up for themselves. From fast runners to slow joggers, locals to long-term transplants, Lhon Runner feels like your neighbourhood friends. Every Monday at 18:15, they gather at CMU Main Stadium for the Night CMU Loop, an easy-paced run followed by cold drinks and real conversation. This is running stripped of ego.
