Flek Running launched in Poznań in autumn 2025 with a philosophy as straightforward as it is welcoming: run easy, run together, and always finish with something sweet. Founded on the belief that running should feel like a treat rather than a test, this crew draws all paces and all faces. Their motto says it all: maybe słów, but social. Flek Running has built a tight-knit community around easy kilometres and good company, whether it's the signature Sunday Church run at Okruszki every Sunday at 9:00 AM or the midweek Easyyy 3-5 km runs on Wednesdays at 18:30 from Vandal Cafe. Every outing ends with conversation and a well-earned coffee.
