CREWGHOST Running Culture and Giving Back Across Seoul
CREWGHOST started in Seoul in 2016 with a radical idea: running belongs in everyday life, not just on race days. Founded on the belief that the city itself is your track, the crew has grown from a handful of runners to around 5,000 strong, welcoming locals, expats, beginners, and veterans alike. What defines CREWGHOST is the philosophy that running is culture. Every Monday and Thursday evening at 19:45, the crew assembles at GHOSTBASE to hit Seoul's streets together, turning the city into a living, breathing route. The vibe is open, energetic, and grounded in genuine connection, where inclusive movement and community action drive every run.
