Black Toes Running Team Speed and Swag on Shanghai Streets
Black Toes Running Team was born in Shanghai in September 2019, founded by seven runners from Beijing, Nanjing, and Shanghai who felt the city was missing a crew with real speed and genuine style. Speed and swag are not slogans here, they are founding principles earned through long Saturday efforts on Miao Jiang Road and hard Wednesday intervals at Lu Wan Stadium. Around ten members strong, this tight-knit crew runs serious mileage and documents every step, turning each training session into a story worth telling. Find them Saturdays for 20 to 30km long runs or Wednesdays for track intervals, with pace groups ranging from 5:30 down to 4:00 per kilometre.
