Antz Colony RC started as a vision in August 2020 when Mo transformed years of solo running into a thriving community. What began with dedicated runners showing up for each other has grown into a 100-plus member crew united by effort, dedication, determination, and discipline. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Antz Colony RC keeps philosophy simple: no politics, no barriers, just runners committed to the work. Every Sunday at 6:45 a.m., the crew gathers at Lai Meng Parking to run 5 or 7 kilometers through KL's car-free streets. With a dedicated sweeper ensuring no one gets left behind, Antz Colony RC welcomes everyone from first-timers to podium finishers into their community of shared miles.
