The Founding Members

Ben knows that significant obstacles to running are injuries and a lack of knowledge about how to train smart. He is dedicated to giving people the tools to enjoy lifelong health and fitness. His energy, expertise in movement, and passion for community building lend perfectly to the role of Run Crew Lead.

Jurgita competed as an elite figure skater and knows first-hand that discipline and a strong mindset are essential to sport. In search of an outlet for her competitive nature, she took on running, fell in love with the sport, and is eager to share her passion with those around her. Her drive as a Run Crew Lead keeps our crew members on their toes.

Xavier has many years of experience as a digital nomad and joined West Way as a digital storyteller. As the person behind the lens and everything digital – he captures the energy of our run crew and creates a digital platform for our community. X’s artistic nature is vital to building our narrative.
