Track East: Uniting Runners and Embracing the London Spirit

London, a bustling metropolis known for its rich history, cultural diversity, and vibrant running scene, is home to numerous running crews that embody the spirit of community, camaraderie, and a shared love for the sport. One such crew that has made waves in the city since its inception in 2012 is Track East. Born as an offshoot of the esteemed Run Dem Crew, Track East has flourished into a close-knit community of passionate runners, fostering growth, support, and unforgettable experiences.

Running Strong, Running Together

Track East was founded by a small group of dedicated members from Run Dem Crew, who sought to create a space where runners could come together, irrespective of their abilities or prior experience. Every Thursday, the crew gathers at the Mile End Park Stadium, eagerly anticipating the start of their session at 7:00 pm. What sets Track East apart is its unwavering commitment to inclusivity and its belief that running is for everyone.

A Journey for All Runners

For newcomers to the track or running in general, the crew organizes dedicated beginner sessions throughout the year. These sessions provide valuable guidance, helping individuals take their first strides on their running journey.

Furthermore, Track East conducts weekly structured sessions to assist runners at every level of experience. Their expertly crafted training plans and pace groups cater to all abilities, ensuring each participant can improve and thrive within a supportive and motivating environment. At Track East, the prerequisites are an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a lot of #CrewLove and #GoodVibesOnly.
