Step Two: Book Your Slot
To ensure a seamless running experience, Track East encourages runners to book their slots for the track sessions. Better Gyms, where the crew gathers, has implemented a convenient booking system. You can either book in advance or simply show up on the day of the session. With slots available every 10 minutes, you can quickly secure your spot and be part of the action.
For those joining one of Track East’s organized sessions, book the 6:50, 7:00, or 7:10 slot. However, you’re welcome if you’re running your own session but would still like to join the crew! Feel free to participate in the session and join everyone for well-deserved socializing at the pub afterwards.
