We are one group of people with different backgrounds gathering around one goal: run for fun. Created in 2012 by two guys from Lausanne in order to offer an alternative to traditional running groups.
Each week, we sweat, we eat miles, we laugh. The air is fresh, the effort is real: Welcome to DNH HILL RUNNERS.
Our common interest: we meet every week to run, have fun, drink a beer and, have a good time. The Cathedral, the lakeside, the City, the Sauvabelin woods, the Coubertin stadium: Lausanne is our playground. Organizing evenings in clubs, preparing food for cultural and associative events, these are the projects that are part of the activities that we take to heart.
The training sessions are free, without registration and access to all! On the agenda: Four training sessions per week, divided into 2 categories
Meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings for sessions focused on sharing and emulation! Whether you come to stretch your legs and chat after a long day or to train and progress before your next race, there are several level groups in each session for everyone to enjoy! Beginners are welcome.
Dates on Mondays and Wednesdays evenings for experienced runners! The volume of training and the speed of the coaches are more important than on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We recommend that you have a recent 45-minute, 10km time to participate!
